#### 31 Personal liability of Commissioner and others 31 Personal liability of Commissioner and others > A matter or thing done (or omitted to be done) by the Commissioner, a member of staff of the Commissioner or a person acting under the direction of the Commissioner does not, if the matter or thing was done (or omitted to be done) in good faith for the purpose of exercising a function under this or any other Act, subject the Commissioner, the member of staff or the person so acting personally to any action, liability, claim or demand.
