#### 26 Special reports to Parliament 26 Special reports to Parliament > > (1) The Commissioner may, at any time, make a special report on any matter relating to the functions of the Commissioner and provide a copy of the report to the Presiding Officer of each House of Parliament. > > > (2) A report under this section may, without limitation, include recommendations in relation to such matters as the Commissioner considers relevant to the small business sector. > > > (3) The Commissioner may include in a report under this section a recommendation that the report be made public immediately.
