#### 8 Payments subject to conditions A payment of financial assistance under this Act to a State for a year is subject to the conditions in respect of the payment specified in: (a) this Act; and (b) the Skilling Australia’s Workforce Agreement (see Division 3); and (c) for a year starting on or after 1 January 2006—the bilateral agreement in force between the Commonwealth and the State (see Division 4).
