38 Minister may determine amounts and times of payment of financial assistance
(1) Amounts of financial assistance authorised to be paid under this Act are to be paid in such a way, including payment by instalments, and at such times, as the Minister determines. (2) A determination made under subsection (1) is not a legislative instrument.
