#### 28 Allocation of financial assistance by Ministerial Council (1) The Ministerial Council must allocate the financial assistance that may be paid under this Act to States and to other persons for a year for specified strategic national initiatives. (2) The Ministerial Council may make more than one allocation of financial assistance under this section for the same year, but the total amount of the financial assistance allocated under this section and section 6 for the year must not exceed the amount applicable under section 37 for that year.
