#### 25 Conditions about reporting The agreement must include a condition that the State that is a party to the agreement give to the Minister or to the Secretary of the Department (as specified in this Act or in the agreement) at the times, and in the manner, required by the agreement: (a) the certificate mentioned in section 22; and (b) the reports required under sections 23 and 24; and (c) any other reports of a kind or kinds specified in the agreement or the Skilling Australia’s Workforce Agreement.
