9 Use of certain land at Lake St Clair Park, Carrowbrook Road, St Clair

(1) This clause applies to Part Lot 5, DP 717572 and Part Lot 2, DP 717573, being land known as “Lake St Clair Park” at Carrowbrook Road, St Clair.

(2) Development for the purpose of a caravan park is permitted with development consent.
