54D Certain development by public authorities
54D Certain development by public authorities
If, in the absence of this clause, development by or on behalf of a public authority, being—
(a) the construction of water storage dams, or
(b) sewage treatment works, or
(c) electricity transmission lines,
may be carried out with development consent, the development may be carried out without that consent.
