PART 10—OBJECTIONS AND APPEALS 10.1 Application of Part 9 Division 1 of Act When the local government makes a decision— (a) under clause 9.2(1); or (b) as to whether it will renew, vary, or cancel a permit, the provisions of Division 1 of Part 9 of the Act and regulation 33 of the Regulations apply to that decision.
