Division 2—Right of Appeal and Review 5.8 Appeal and review rights When the local government makes a decision as to whether it will— (a) grant a person a permit, or licence under this local law; or (b) renew, vary, transfer or cancel a permit or licence that a person has under this local law, the provisions of Division 1 of Part 9 of the Act and regulations 33 of the Local Government (Functions and General) Regulations 1996 apply to that decision; or (c) give a person a notice, the provisions of Division 1 of Part 9 of the Act and regulation 33 of the Local Government (Functions and General) Regulations 1996 apply to that decision.
