2510 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 5 April 2022 (f) provided with a ramp into the enclosure having a gradient no steeper than 1:8 unless otherwise approved by an authorised person; and (g) provided with a tap connected to an adequate supply of water. (2) An owner or occupier of premises may be required by direction in writing given by an authorised person to provide a suitable enclosure on the premises for the storage and cleaning of waste receptacles, where the premises— (a) consists of more than 3 dwelling houses; or (b) are used for commercial or industrial purposes; or (c) are food premises. (3) An owner or occupier of premises required to provide a suitable enclosure under this clause shall keep the enclosure thoroughly clean and disinfected.
