PART 8—GENERAL 8.1 Animals Subject to clause 8.2, a person shall not bring an animal into or permit an animal to enter or remain in the cemetery, other than with the approval of the CEO or an authorised officer. 8.2 Assistance animal Clause 8.1 shall not apply to an ‘assistance animal’, as defined in section 9(2) of the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Cth).
