Division 3—Bush Fire Advisory Committee 3.4 Functions of Advisory Committee The Bush Fire Advisory Committee is to have the functions set out in section 67 of the Act and is to include such number of nominees of the bush fire brigades as may be determined by the local government from time to time. 3.5 Advisory Committee to consider brigade motions The Bush Fire Advisory Committee shall consider any motion received from a bush fire brigade and may make recommendations to the local government in relation to any motion supported by the Bush Fire Advisory Committee.
