5 November 2019 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 3915 WASTE AVOIDANCE AND RESOURCE RECOVERY ACT 2007 WASTE LOCAL LAW 2019 Under the powers conferred on it by the Waste Avoidance and Resource Recovery Act 2007 and the Local Government Act 1995 and under all other enabling powers, the Council of the Shire of Dandaragan resolved on 22 August 2019 to make the following local law. 1.1 Short title This is the Shire of Dandaragan Waste Local Law 2019.
