39 Extension of time
(1) The Registrar may extend the time for the lodgement of a document required by these Regulations to be lodged with the Registrar, and may so extend that time although that time has expired.
(2) A request for an extension of time under this regulation:
(a) must be in writing duly signed by the person making the request;
(b) must set out the grounds of the request; and
(c) must be lodged with the Registrar.
