53Delegation by Registrar

#### 53 Delegation by Registrar (1) The Registrar may, either generally or as otherwise provided by the instrument of delegation, by writing signed by him or her, delegate to a member of the staff of the Authority or to a person appointed or engaged under the Public Service Act 1999 any of his or her powers under this Act, other than this power of delegation.
