75B Savings provision—Justice Legislation Amendment (Police and Other Matters) Act 2025 (1) A member of Victoria Police personnel is not liable to be prosecuted for an offence against section 64 in relation to conduct which occurred before the commencement day if the conduct constituting that offence, on and after the commencement day, would have been authorised under this Act as amended by section 73 of the **Justice Legislation Amendment (Police and Other Matters) Act 2025**. ***commencement day*** means the day on which section 73 of the **Justice Legislation Amendment (Police and Other Matters) Act 2025** comes into operation; ***member of Victoria Police personnel*** has the meaning given in the **Victoria Police Act 2013**.
