70W Registrable offender who is also a prisoner on parole Despite this Part, an application for the appropriate approval to make an acknowledgement of sex application by or on behalf of a registrable offender who is also a prisoner on parole within the meaning of Division 6A of Part 8 of the **Corrections Act 1986** must be made in accordance with Division 6A of Part 8 of the **Corrections Act 1986**.
