66H Duration of interim prohibition orders An interim prohibition order ends on the earliest of the following— (a) if the interim prohibition order is revoked by the court, on its revocation; (b) if the court makes a final prohibition order, when the registrable offender is properly notified of the making of the final prohibition order; (c) if the court refuses to make a final prohibition order, on the refusal to make the order; (d) if the application under section 66D is withdrawn, at the time the application is withdrawn.
