66ADefinitions

66A Definitions ***approved test procedures*** means test procedures approved by the Chief Commissioner of Police under section 66S(2); ***assessment report*** means a report prepared under section 66L; ***community treatment report*** means a report prepared under section 66M; ***drug of dependence*** has the same meaning as in section 4 of the **Drugs, Poisons and Controlled Substances Act 1981**; ***monitoring condition*** means a condition of a prohibition order referred to in section 66U(1); ***properly notified***, in relation to the making of an order, has the meaning given in section 66C(1).
