61E Removal of information (1) As soon as practicable after the registrable offender about whom information was published is located (whether or not by making a report to police), the Chief Commissioner of Police must remove from the Internet site any information about the registrable offender published under section 61A(1). (2) In addition to subsection (1), the Chief Commissioner of Police may, at any time, remove from the Internet site any information published under section 61A(1). (3) The Chief Commissioner of Police may, at any time, republish, in accordance with section 61A, any information removed under this section. S. 61F inserted by No. 21/2016 s. 11.
