59 Appeal against order

(1) A person who is aggrieved by a decision of the Chief Commissioner of Police in relation to an order under this Division may appeal to the IBAC against the decision within 3 days after receiving notice of the decision.

(2) The IBAC, in determining the appeal, may make any decision that could have been made by the Chief Commissioner of Police.
