54 Notices may be given by Chief Commissioner
(1) The Chief Commissioner of Police may, at any time, cause written notice to be given to a registrable offender of—
(a) his or her reporting obligations; and
(b) the consequences that may arise if he or she fails to comply with those obligations.

(2) A notice under subsection (1) must include the details (if any) prescribed by the regulations.
