35A Reporting period to run during suspension If the Supreme Court grants a suspension order under section 40(1A) in respect of a registrable offender who is not required to continue to comply with the reporting obligations imposed by this Part for the remainder of his or her life, the period of suspension of the registrable offender's reporting period is counted when calculating the remainder of that reporting period.
