#### 47 Effect of exemptions Nothing in Division 1 or 2 renders it unlawful for a person who has been granted an exemption from a provision of that Division, or a person in the employment or under the direction or control of a person who has been granted such an exemption, to do an act in accordance with the provisions of the instrument by which the exemption was granted.
