Upon the date of commencement of this Act: (a) section 4 of the Sewerage Agreements Act 1973 ceases to apply in relation to States to which this Act applies; and (b) section 6 of the Sewerage Agreements Act 1973 ceases to apply in relation to payments and advances to States to which this Act applies.
