37 Survivors etc. of persons appointed to be trustees of settlement The persons appointed by the Court to be trustees of a settlement for the purposes of this Act, and the survivors and survivor of them, while continuing to be trustees or trustee, and, until the appointment of new trustees, the personal representatives or representative for the time being of the last surviving or continuing trustee shall become and be the trustees or trustee of the settlement.
