20 Provision where tenant for life is sole trustee of settlement When the tenant for life is himself a trustee of the settlement and is or becomes the sole trustee, all and singular the powers which by this Act a tenant for life is empowered to exercise with the consent of the trustees or with the order of the Court shall be exercisable by him only with the order of the Court; but this restriction shall apply only to those powers in connexion with the exercise of which by the tenant for life the consent of the trustees or order of the Court is expressly mentioned in relation to the exercise of the powers.
