19 Powers of trustee etc. when there is no tenant for life Where under a settlement there is no tenant for life nor, independently of this section, a person having by virtue of this Act the powers of a tenant for life then— (a) any person of full age on whom such powers are by the settlement expressed to be conferred; and (b) in any other case the trustees of the settlement— shall have the powers of a tenant for life under this Act.
