#### 13 Trustees may be authorised to administer other property The Minister may, by instrument in writing published in the Gazette, authorize the trustees of any fund to administer and dispose of any property transferred to them, which does not form part of the fund, for purposes specified in the instrument and, upon publication of the instrument, the trustees shall administer and dispose of the property for those purposes.
