4 Functions of Secretary
The Secretary has the following functions—
(a) the customer service functions delegated to, or otherwise conferred on, the Secretary by or under this Act or another Act,
(b) any functions conferred or imposed on the Secretary by or under this Act or another Act,
(c) any other functions relating to the delivery of Government services to the people of New South Wales, as directed by the Minister.
