18 Delegation
(1) The Secretary may delegate the exercise of any function of the Secretary under this Act (other than this power of delegation) to—
(a) any member of staff of Service NSW, or
(b) any person, or any class of persons, authorised for the purposes of this section by the regulations.
(2) This section does not apply to a function that is delegated to the Secretary by a Government agency or any other person.
