Plain English Summary

1/10 complexity

This regulation removes (repeals) outdated rules that were made under the Service and Execution of Process Act.

Specifically, it cancels four sets of old regulations from the 1920s and 1930s:

Statutory Rules 1925, No. 105
Statutory Rules 1930, No. 147
Statutory Rules 1931, Nos. 27 and 44
Statutory Rules 1933, No. 108

Who it affects: Anyone who was still subject to those specific old rules (likely court officers or people involved in serving legal documents across state borders).

Why it matters: It is legal housekeeping. Once repealed, those old regulations no longer have any legal force, simplifying the rulebook and ensuring only current regulations apply.
