#### 98 Interim suppression orders (1) The magistrate or Court may make an interim suppression order. (2) The order may be made without inquiring into the merits of the matter. (3) The interim suppression order is to have effect until: (a) the application for a suppression order is determined; or (b) the interim suppression order is revoked.
