#### 94 Additional provisions relating to warrants issued in the performance of investigative functions (1) If the warrant was issued in connection with the performance by the tribunal of an investigative function, the respondent under subsection 90(3) (as that subsection applies to the warrant because of this Division) is to be: (a) if the tribunal that issued the subpoena to which the order mentioned in subsection 90(1) relates is a body corporate or is constituted by an individual—the tribunal; or (b) in any other case—the members of the tribunal. (2) Subsection 90(4) does not apply to such a warrant. (3) Notice of the application may be served on the tribunal, or the members of the tribunal: (a) by sending it by post to the address of the tribunal’s principal office; or (b) by sending it by fax to that address; or (c) by leaving a copy of the application at that address.
