73Entitlement to expenses

#### 73 Entitlement to expenses (1) A person who has incurred reasonable expenses as a result of compliance (by that person or another person) with the order for production is entitled to be paid an amount equal to those expenses. (2) The amount must be paid: (a) if the court that made the order for production orders a person to pay the amount—by that person; or (b) in any other case: (i) if the subpoena was issued at the request of a party to the proceeding to which the subpoena relates—by that party; or (ii) if it was issued by the tribunal of its own motion—by the State in which the subpoena was issued.
