#### 113 Registration Registration (1) If a fine enforcement officer of a State receives a request made in accordance with section 112 for the registration of a fine, the officer must, subject to this section, register the fine in that State. (2) The registration must specify who is the offender in relation to the fine. Related fines (3) A fine enforcement officer of a State may register a pre‑commencement fine that is related to a post‑commencement fine only if the post‑commencement fine is registered in that State.
