97 Applications under this Part (1) An application under this Part is commenced by filing— (b) the documents specified by the relevant section in this Part in respect of the application. (2) As soon as practicable after an application under subsection (1) is commenced, the Secretary or the DPP (as the case requires) must serve on the offender— (b) a copy of any reports or other documents filed with the application; and (ii) the procedure for the hearing and determination of the application.
