59 Content of order extending interim supervision order (1) An order extending an interim supervision order must state that the court is satisfied that— (a) the extension is justified; and (b) it is in the public interest to grant the extension. (2) An order extending an interim supervision order must specify— (a) the name of the offender in respect of whom the extension order is made; and (b) the date on which the extension order is made; and (c) the period specified by the court for which the interim supervision order is extended; and (d) any change made to the conditions of the interim supervision order. (3) An order extending an interim supervision order must be signed by the judge constituting the court that made it and include the name of the judge.
