50 Condition as to firearms and weapons
(1) When making an interim supervision order, the court must consider imposing a condition referred to in subsection (2).
(2) The court may impose a condition on an interim supervision order that the offender must not contravene the **Firearms Act 1996** or the **Control of Weapons Act 1990**.
