49 Conditions of interim supervision order Section 15 and Division 3 (other than sections 37 and 39) and Division 4 (other than section 42) of Part 3 apply to an interim supervision order as if— (a) a reference to a supervision order were a reference to an interim supervision order; and (b) a reference to the making of a supervision order were a reference to the making of an interim supervision order; and (c) a reference to the renewal of a supervision order were a reference to the extension of an interim supervision order.
