43 Application to extend intensive treatment and supervision condition (1) At any time while an intensive treatment and supervision condition is in force in respect of an offender, the Secretary may apply to the court that imposed the condition for an extension of the condition. (b) a treatment and supervision plan; and (c) at least one assessment report or the latest progress report in respect of the offender. (3) As soon as practicable after an application under subsection (1) is commenced, the Secretary must serve on the offender— (b) a copy of any reports or other documents filed with the application; and (ii) the procedure for the hearing and determination of the application.
