341 Sex offender registration order under Sex Offenders Registration Act 2004 (1) This section applies to an offender on whom a custodial sentence has been imposed for a serious sex offence. (2) The Supreme Court or the County Court must make a sex offender registration order under the **Sex Offenders Registration Act 2004** in respect of an offender, if the offender is not already subject to that Act, on— (a) the making or confirmation of a supervision order or a detention order under this Act; or (b) the varying of a supervision order; or (c) the adding or removing of a condition of a supervision order; or (d) the confirmation of a condition of a supervision order or an interim supervision order on a review under Part 8.
