318 Information to be provided to Authority
(1) For the purposes of preparing its annual report under section 316, the Authority may require any information specified in the requirement to be provided to it by—
(a) a responsible agency; and
(b) the DPP; and
(c) other relevant Departments or agencies.
(2) An entity referred to in subsection (1)(a), (b) or (c) must provide to the Authority information specified in a requirement under subsection (1).
