317 Other reports
(1) When required by the Minister, the Authority must give to the Minister a report and recommendations concerning a person who,
at the time of the report, is subject to one of the following orders—
(a) a detention order;
(b) an interim detention order;
(c) an emergency detention order;
(d) a supervision order;
(e) an interim supervision order.
(2) When required by the Minister, the Authority must give to the Minister a report on a matter stated in the requirement and relating to the activities of the Authority or the operation of this Act.
