288 Disclosure of certain information is not contravention of section 4 of Judicial Proceedings Reports Act 1958 Section 4 of the **Judicial Proceedings Reports Act 1958** does not prevent a disclosure of information, including the identity of a victim, that is made for the purposes of the administration of this Act or of an order made under this Act or an order or sentence made or imposed by a court under the **Sentencing Act 1991**, or for the purposes of an application for an order under this Act or the **Sentencing Act 1991**.
