28 Submissions relating to conditions (1) The Secretary and the offender may make submissions to the court in relation to the conditions of a supervision order. A victim of the offender may also make a submission—see sections 134 and 135. (2) Before imposing any condition (other than a core condition) on a supervision order, the court— (a) must consider any victim submission it receives under section 134 in relation to the matter; and (b) may give the submission the weight that the court thinks fit.
