273 Disputed report—application for any other order If a notice of intention is filed under section 271, the whole or part of the report in dispute (as the case requires) must not be taken into consideration by a court in determining an application for an order under this Act (other than an application referred to in section 272), unless the party that filed the notice is given the opportunity— (a) to lead evidence on the disputed matters; and (b) to cross-examine the author of the report on its contents.
