267 Assessment report or progress report to be prepared by medical expert (1) A medical expert may prepare an assessment report or a progress report in respect of an eligible offender after conducting a personal examination of the eligible offender. (2) Despite subsection (1), a medical expert may prepare an assessment report or a progress report even if an eligible offender— (a) does not cooperate, or cooperate fully, in the personal examination; or (b) does not comply with a direction given under section 266.
