259 Applications for change of name by or on behalf of an offender S. 259(1) repealed by No. 25/2019 s. 33. (2) An offender must not make a change of name application to a Registrar without having first obtained the written approval of the Authority. 1. 5 penalty units. (3) A person must not make a change of name application to a Registrar on behalf of an offender unless the written approval of the Authority is first obtained. 1. 5 penalty units.
